Loving this camera. I bought this camera to film different angles of work I do. Being in the helicopter business I get to do and see some pretty neat things and this helps me capture some spectacular views ! Editing on GoPro Quik is easy enough. 10/10 would recommend

One brilliant camera for versatility and high quality. For me, the GoPro Max is unbeatable. I’ve been using GoPro for years, so I’m a bit biased. As opposed to its main competitor, the Insta 360 One X2, the color science of the Max is just up and above. I do miss slowmotion possibilities, but that’s where other GoPro’s come in handy for. People saying that this camera doesn’t even have 1080p don’t know how 360 cameras work. If you zoom in into your video, you’ll get the 1080p, or even lower (say 720/480). This simply depends on the zoom. In a proper frame, 1080p is hands down more than enough, not even fisheyed.I used the camera for a snowboarding trip, and it has got me tripping. I do agree that if you really want to take the Max out of the Max, it requires some video editing and color grading experience. I’m a professional video editor on a daily basis, and I’d have to say that it was a charm to work with. The color science is just way above its competitors (if you use the correct settings when shooting), and it doesn’t have the extra “sharpening artifacts” as the Insta 360 One X2 has in my opinion.As told before, I’m a bit biased as a long-time GoPro user, and also a professional editor, hence the GoPro Max is the perfect choice for me when creating snowboarding videos. Do you want something easier straight out of the box, with an easier app, then the Insta 360 One X2 is your weapon of choice. But if you don’t mind the extra effort in learning to edit or editing, the final results of the Max will be better than the insta, and it’s just STAGGERING.
